Reservations

Reservations in the SESAUA room block are reserved for registered attendees only. After you have registered for the meeting, a hotel booking link will be provided. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations.

Room Rate

SESAUA has negotiated a discounted rate of $354.00 plus tax (currently 12%) at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. There is a resort fee in addition to the room rate that is $20.00 per night. This resort fee includes access to:

• Enhanced Wireless In-room Internet Access for up to 5 Devices
• Local, Toll-free and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls
• Fitness Class of the Day
• Bicycle usage for up to two bikes, for 2 hours
• Golf Club Driving Range Balls and use of Golf Practice Facilities
• Tennis Court privileges, including racquet and balls, for one hour
• Beach Umbrella (one per room)
• Beach Boogie Boards (up to 1 per day, per room)

Hotel Deadline

The deadline to receive the SESAUA group rate is February 20, 2023. SESAUA encourages you to register and make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Guestroom Resort Fee Includes: Private balconies or terrace, marble baths, coffee and tea chest, lighted makeup mirror and hair dryer, bathrobes, personal wall safe, flat screen television, On Demand video and viewing guide, iPod docking station with alarm and AM/FM clock radio, iron/ironing board, maid service, 24 in-room dining.

Laundry Services: Laundry/valet dry cleaning services

Pet Policy: Dogs up to 30lbs are welcome for $20 per day and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Please contact the hotel for more details.
