Procedure

Completed manuscripts (together with all figures and legends in the format acceptable for publication in the Journal of Urology) should be submitted via the submission form below as a single PDF.

*Only one (1) manuscript may be submitted per resident.

Note: All manuscripts will be reviewed anonymously. Therefore, the first page of the manuscript must contain only the title of the study, and no author or contact information should be provided.

No information revealing the authors or submitting institution should be present in the manuscript, which will be sent to reviewers. Any manuscripts not submitted electronically or containing identifying information will not be considered for the competition.

Finalists in the essay competition will be invited to present the results of their investigations at the upcoming SESAUA 2024 Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas. Winners will be announced prior to the Annual Business Meeting. Prizes and plaques will be awarded following presentations during the meeting.

Deadline

Manuscripts must be received by October 1, 2023.
