The 84th Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Section is Cancelled

The Southeastern Section of the AUA, Inc. (SESAUA) Executive Committee has just concluded an emergency meeting and determined unanimously to cancel this year’s annual meeting. While we are disappointed we will not be able to provide numerous educational opportunities, the health and safety of all attendees, faculty, staff, and industry partners was paramount in our decision to cancel the meeting.
Annual Meeting Registration
Your SESAUA 84th Annual Meeting registration will be rolled over to the 85th Annual Meeting, which will take place at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, from April 21 - 24, 2021. If you would prefer to receive a refund or would like to donate your registration fees to SESAUA, please submit your request in writing to Brittany Gyuricza at Brittany@wjweiser.com.
Please allow 60 days to process your refund. Should you choose to donate your registration fees to SESAUA, please note that according to IRS regulations, your contribution would not be tax deductible as a charitable donation.
As a registered attendee, you are responsible for cancelling any hotel bookings you had made previously to attend the 84th Annual Meeting. The cancellation policy for the official SESAUA room block at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, states the following:
“A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.”
Please contact The Roosevelt directly at (800) 445-8667 to cancel any bookings.
Please contact your travel agents or airlines to assist you with any refunds. Many airlines are being very accommodating with cancellations at this time.
